We’re Theo, Monica and the family behind Holy Smokes BBQ. This is our family’s take on authentic low and slow barbecue, right here in the Top End.

Theo looks after the smoker. Monica keeps the operation moving. Our kids pitch in with preparation, sauces, serving and the work behind the scenes. It takes the whole family to bring you the food we love: long-smoked meats, house-made sausages, our own cheese, Carolina and Alabama sauces, and fries finished with our own seasoning blend.

Find us by the foreshore, at Sanctuary Lakes, or serving from our trailer at your next celebration.

PACKAGE ONE

The BBQ spread

$45 per person

Brisket, pulled pork and smoked chicken thigh, with creamy potato bake, coleslaw, a dinner roll and pickles.

PACKAGE TWO

The spread + chips

$55 per person

Everything in Package One, plus hot chips.

3 hours of trailer service
